ScreenMute support
Setup, repair, emergency access, and turning protection off remain under your control.
Open ScreenMute and use Repair. It stops ScreenMute monitoring, clears ScreenMute-managed shields and stale temporary state, reloads your saved app, then restarts the threshold schedule. Your selected app is preserved during a normal repair.
Emergency access requires confirmation, lasts 30 minutes, and rearms automatically. It does not change the normal pause ladder. If ScreenMute cannot schedule a safe rearm, emergency access is not granted.
Turning protection off stops monitoring and clears pending ScreenMute timers while preserving your selected app. Deleting local data is a separate action in Settings.
Email support@screenmute.com and include your iPhone model, iOS version, the protection status shown in ScreenMute, and what you expected to happen. Do not send screenshots containing personal content.
